Welcome to OnDemandReps! These Terms of Engagement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1.
Acceptance of Terms: By using OnDemandReps, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2.
Services Provided: OnDemandReps offers an outsourced SDR service with pay for performance appointment setting that is meant to boost b2b sales growth.
2a. OnDemandReps is entitled to a commission of
6% on all sales generated through companies sourced by our team under
annual contracts. For
monthly contracts, OnDemandReps is entitled to a commission of
10%, applicable to all sales made during the duration of the contracted engagement. Commissions should be calculated based on the total contract value and should be paid within 30 days of the receipt of payment from the sourced company.
In the event of contract termination, any outstanding commission amounts shall be cancelled and nullified in accordance with the agreement.2b. OnDemandReps pricing structure and requirements:
1 SDR Manager for $150 per month. One SDR Manager is required on each campaign.
Each SDR is $200 per month. Any number of SDRs can be chosen at the start of the month and can be adjusted at any point during the engagement.
Data Packages start at $299 or $499 per month. However, the $299 data package is currently included for free to Clients.

User Responsibilities: You must use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Do not use the platform for illegal activities or to submit false or malicious reports. Keep your account information secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Data and Privacy: OnDemandReps values your privacy. All data submitted through the platform is handled in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.
5.
Fees and Payments: If using paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the agreed-upon pricing plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
6.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.
7.
Limitation of Liability: OnDemandReps is not liable for any damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from your use of our services.
8.
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, US, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
